Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns/refunds on unopened or unused products within 30 days of delivery. A shipping fee will be deducted from the total return. However, we will always replace items if they are damaged.

How do you use a shampoo bar?
There are two ways to use a shampoo bar: rub the wet bar directly on your hair, or lather it in your hands. Next, gently massage the shampoo bar into the scalp and hair, as you would with a bottled shampoo.
What is Sodium Cocoa Sulfate?
Our shampoo bars feature Sodium Coco Sulfate, a coconut oil-derived natural cleanser. With a balanced mix of fatty acids, it meets your hair and scalp's needs. Enriched with natural oils, our bars offer an optimal acid profile for your hair. Not to be confused with Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, a common ingredient in cleaners and traditional shampoos, known for oil-stripping properties.
How do you use a conditioner bar?
Our conditioner bars only need a thin coat to condition and comb through your hair, since your hair was never stripped of oils in the first place. After your hair is thoroughly coated with conditioner, use a wide tooth comb to brush the product through your hair to evenly distribute the product. For extra moisturizing power, apply a small amount of the conditioner bar after you get out of the shower to your towel-dried hair as a leave-in treatment.

From National Geographic to Personal Care: The Journey of Parrotfish's Founder
As a graphic designer at National Geographic, I immersed myself in their "Planet or Plastic" campaign, delving deep into the harsh reality of plastic pollution. Fueled by my passion for outdoor activities, I committed to eliminating plastic from my home, starting with the bathroom. The birth of Parrotfish followed when my quest for suitable shampoo and conditioner bars proved challenging.
In my sister-in-law's kitchen, I embarked on a journey of trial and error, crafting bars that underwent scrutiny at markets and among friends. After numerous iterations, I perfected a bar with quality ingredients, a luxurious lather, and a seamless transition from liquid shampoo.
