How do I disinfect the roller?

Soak the roller head in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 5 minutes before and after each use using the disinfection cap. Do not share the roller with others.

How do I clean it?

1. Clean your workspace thoroughly with an antiseptic or disinfectant wipe to ensure that it is free from germs and bacteria. 2. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, and consider wearing gloves to avoid contamination. 3. Pour 70% isopropyl alcohol into a clean bowl or container. 4. Immerse the derma roller’s head (the needle part) into the alcohol. 5. Allow it to soak for 5-10 minutes to ensure thorough disinfection. 6. After soaking place it on a drying rack or stand to allow the needles to air dry completely. 7. Once the derma roller is completely dry it is now ready to use.

Cleanse your skin with a cleanser of choice to remove all traces of dirt, sweat, and makeup. 3. For the treatment area, delicately roll the derma roller back and forth in each direction (horizontally, vertically, and diagonally). Repeat this motion 5-10 times. Remember to lift the derma roller off your skin before changing the rolling direction. Maintain a uniform speed and pressure for the best results.

How do I use it for hair growth and/or beard growth?

1. Begin by sanitising the Bio Roller with an alcohol solution 70% before every use. This is to ensure safety. 2. Cleanse your targeted area with a cleanser of choice to remove all traces of dirt, sweat, and makeup. 3. Gently dampen and comb your beard before starting to prevent hair tangling. 4. Divide your beard into manageable sections, or focus on the visible patchy areas. 5. With a gentle touch, roll the derma roller horizontally, vertically, and diagonally across the targeted areas, performing 3-4 passes. Temporary redness might occur, and you could experience a mild tingling sensation.

What should I do after I use it?

A sensation like a mild sunburn is normal and may last for 24 hours. Follow with your preferred serum to take advantage of improved absorption. Please refrain from using skincare products containing aggressive exfoliating chemicals. Avoid scented products, glycolic acid, or alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs). Full sterilisation must be done before each use. Make sure your skin is completely recovered before starting another session.
