Orders placed after 12 PM CST are processed on the next business day, and orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays will not begin processing until Monday, including expedited shipping options. The company ships worldwide, though some products may have international shipping restrictions, with international delivery typically taking 7–14 days via First Class Mail International or 3–10 business days through Express Mail International. Shipping estimates are calculated based on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays, and rates are determined by product weight, which is rounded up to the nearest pound according to carrier policies. For international orders, customs charges are already included in the shipping rate.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What is the difference in the brushes?

Our Day After Brush dry shampoo safely deodorizes, Our Refurbished Day After Brush is re-made here in San Francisco. Each brush is replaced with a new brush head and contains parts that have been inspected and sterilized. The refurbished parts are from returned orders or defective brushes that need one or more parts switched out.
