We Made the White Sneaker of Lashes in a World Full of High Heels
Doe was created for my girlfriend at the time when I noticed her struggling with her lashes. They were irritating, uncomfortable, heavy, and weighted down her eyes. The wheels started turning when I was at a concert and noticed everyone around me wearing lashes, and out of curiosity, I did my first 'field-survey' there.
Everyone was frustrated with the same problem, but seemingly no one had made the solution. At the time, lashes either were beautiful, affordable, or comfortable -- you had to pick one. Our thesis was simple -- you can have it all. We were obsessed with the engineering of beauty goods.
