This little brush does its job and does it well! The bristle side scrubs away all of your dry/dead skin leaving you with a smooth surface and the silicone side makes sure your cleanser is getting all the way into your skin. Its shape allows you to get every crevice of your face with ease.

I use this mainly to exfoliate my lips. The side with the silicone nubbies is perfect for that. It is gentle but effective. The bristles on the other side seem too soft and densely-packed to do much exfoliation. I use that side to cleanse the creases on the sides of my nose. I don't know if it makes a difference, though.
