Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and take 6-15 days to be delivered, depending on your location. We also offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $50.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery/receiving of your order to return or exchange your item(s) after that, we can no longer issue a store credit or replacement due to health and hygienic reasons. To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3. The product must be in a new or undamaged condition without stain, perfume smell, or deformation and in its original packaging.We kindly ask that when checking the fit, you ensure there is a protective barrier between the product and your scalp/hair (for example, trying it on over a wig cap or hair covering) to maintain hygiene eligibility for return. 

Returned products will be inspected and any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
