If you are not completely satisfied we accept returns postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price (minus shipping cost) in the same form as original payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

What size range does the belt fit?

Pocketed Belts fit most low waist sizes 28" to 42”.

What size phone will a BANDI hold?

Our Pocketed Belt can accommodate all phone sizes. Pocket dimensions are: 7.5" x 3.5". Most phones are less than 6" x 3"

What can I fit in the pockets of my BANDI Belt?

A selection of the following items can easily be stashed into a BANDI Belt: Cash, cards, ID, phone, keys, passport, lip balm, small sunscreen, asthma inhaler, insulin pump, tickets, receipts, sports GU, chomps or gel, EPI pen, medicine, coins, dog treats. BANDI belts are meant to be sleek in appearance so don’t stuff them too full!

What adds structure to the main pocket on the BANDI Belt?

Spun polyester interfacing is sewn inside the lining of the pocket to provide structure and is not intended to be removed. The interfacing adds 3/16" thickness and will soften with wear.

How many pockets does a BANDI Pocketed Belt have?

Technically speaking the BANDI Pocketed Belt has 2 pockets, but we like to say it has 3 places to put things. The main pocket is divided so you can keep your phone separate from your cards and cash. A separate pocket to the side of the main pocket is great for non-flat items like keys, lip balm etc. The main pocket is divided by a stiff poly stabilizer that is sewn in. This provides structure, stability and protection for your valuables.

How do you wear a BANDI Pocketed Belt?

The BANDI belt is designed to be worn around the low waist (or high hip). There is a low-profile buckle that allows you to put the belt on and take it off with ease (no having to step in or pull over your head). You can adjust the fit by sliding the tri-glide adjuster. The pocket opening is worn against the body and we recommend placing the main pocket just off-center closer to your right hip. Take a look at our video to see it in actin!

How do I care for my BANDI Pocketed Belt?

We recommend hand wash in cool water and hang or lay flat to dry. Do not use bleach. Do not iron. Basically, care for your BANDI the same way you would care for a swimsuit or lingerie.

Will the BANDI Belt ride up or bounce when I walk or run?

In our experience and after feedback and testing we have many positive customer comments and can say that the belts should not ride up. And because of the sleek tapered design and the adjustable fit, the belt hugs your hips and will not bounce! We do have a generous return policy in the event that it doesn’t work for you.

What activities are BANDI Pocketed Belts be good for?

Running, walking the dog, a stroll on the beach, a cruise and other vacation and travel activities, hiking, biking, attending concerts, sporting events, tail-gating, kids soccer games, swim meets, night-clubbing, shopping, horse-back riding, golfing, gardening, amusement parks – basically a great alternative to a bulky purse or wallet when you only need your small essentials.

Can I use corded ear buds when wearing my BANDI?

Yes! Part of the beauty of not having a zipper besides the fact that it makes the design sleek and soft, you can easily use corded earbuds without having to fuss with a little hole to feed the cord through. The BANDI phone pocket is designed to carry your phone, with earbuds attached. No need to feed the cord through a hole. The cord follows the fold and it is easy to put your phone in and take it out.

There is no zipper....will my things fall out?

BANDI belts are constructed with a patented pocket fold design and will hold all items securely. When the belt is adjusted to fit snugly around your low waist, the stretch fabric pocket fold seals your items in. Be sure the fold is pulled over the top of the pocket to secure your essentials and always wear your belt with the fold side of the pocket against your body. Your essentials will be safe!

Are BANDI Pocketed Belts waterproof?

BANDI belts are constructed from a spandex knit. The fabric has natural wicking properties, and the belts have 2 layers of poly stabilizer which pads and protects your items. Technically speaking, they are not waterproof. We recommend a simple plastic bag if you anticipate being in a wet environment. Many new phones are being released with a waterproof feature which is a plus!

What fabric is used to make BANDI Pocketed Belts?

Solid colors are made of Nylon/Spandex. Prints are made primarily of Polyester/Spandex but occasionally Nylon/Spandex. We are very selective and use only high-quality fabrics which are 14%-18% Spandex. All are soft, 4-way stretch and so comfortable you'll forget you are wearing them!

Is the fit adjustable on my BANDI Pocketed Belt?

Yes! The BANDI Belt has a tri-glide which slides to adjust the fit down to 28" or up to 42" low waist/high hip.
