Shipping times depend on the method chosen, with free U.S. shipping taking up to 7 business days, express U.S. options (overnight or 2-day) available at extra cost, and international delivery ranging from up to 20 business days with Ascendia (typically 12) to faster FedEx/DHL express options calculated at checkout. Shipping rates vary by region and are calculated at checkout, with free shipping offered only on select domestic orders; international orders do not qualify for free shipping and may have higher rates due to location. Global supply chain challenges may occasionally extend delivery times.

We offer a no-questions-asked 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return—no explanations needed.

Items can be used, but must be returned in good condition, with original packaging if possible. Proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt) is still required.

Will FattyPack fit my hat?

FattyPack is compatible with open back hats that have an opening of 70mm (2.75 in.) or larger. FattyPack dimensions will fit a large majority of head sizes.

What material is FattyPack made of?

Is FattyPack waterproof?

FattyPack is constructed of a water resistant nylon shell. This material is often used for rain jackets and will protect your FattyPack from sweat and rain.

What items can you fit in FattyPack?

Cash, meds, gum, keys, pencils, pens, golf tees, sunglasses, SD cards, guitar pick, first aid, etc. are great examples of items you may store with FattyPack. The possibilities are endless!

How do I wash my FattyPack?

Hand wash FattyPack in lukewarm or cold water. Air dry.

How do I attach FattyPack to my hat?

FattyPack wraps around the strap of open back hats (snapback, strapback, velcroback, etc.). Please refer to our user guide for proper use.
