Complimentary returns within 30 days. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our lab-grown diamond fine jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

Returned items must be in original, unworn condition, free from damage, alteration, or excessive wear, and must include all original materials provided with the order, including the jewelry, presentation box (if applicable), pouch, documentation, and any accompanying items.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions prior to shipping. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused. All returns must be shipped in accordance with the provided instructions. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received and accepted following inspection. We recommend using the return method provided to ensure proper handling and tracking.

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt and approval at our sole discretion. Refund eligibility may be affected if an item shows signs of wear, damage, modification, or if any components are missing or altered.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after inspection is complete.

How are they made?

Voss+Agin diamonds are created using advanced High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) technology, which reproduces the exact same extreme heat and pressure that form diamonds deep within the earth. Layer by layer, atom by atom, it follows the same process as “mined” diamonds.

Do lab-grown diamonds look different from mined diamonds?

No. They offer the same brilliance, clarity, and visual appearance as mined diamonds.

Are these diamonds real?

Yes. They are lab-grown diamonds that are chemically and visually identical to mined diamonds.

Yes. Each pair includes an AGI Certificate for quality assurance.
