All Panther Vision orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Customers may also choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping at checkout for faster delivery. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor its progress.

Canadian Orders: Due to lithium battery shipping regulations, orders containing more than one lighted hat must be shipped via UPS, as USPS cannot ship multiple lithium battery products in a single package. Please note that customs duties and import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Unused products may be returned for full credit (less shipping) or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns portal. We offer Checkout+ for a small upfront fee, which covers your return shipping label so there's nothing additional to pay when sending an item back. If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must send the item(s) to us prepaid. Checkout+ cannot be added to an order after it has been placed and cannot be cancelled or refunded. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, with a copy of your invoice or order confirmation included. How does the cooling system work?

Freeze the reusable cooling packs, insert them into the built-in pockets inside the cap, and enjoy hours of cooling relief.

Does the hat need to be soaked in water?

No. Unlike evaporative cooling hats, it uses reusable ice packs, so there's no soaking or dripping.

How many cooling packs does it use?

The cap features five built-in reusable cooling packs.

Does it provide sun protection?

Yes. The UPF 50 fabric blocks approximately 98% of harmful UV rays.

Who is this hat designed for?

Will it fit my head?

The adjustable back strap provides a one-size-fits-most fit.

Is the fabric breathable?

Yes. The cap is made with lightweight, moisture-wicking fabric and includes a built-in sweatband for added comfort.

Can I reuse the cooling packs?

Yes. Simply refreeze them whenever you need cooling again.

Can I wear it for long periods?

Yes. It's designed to stay comfortable during extended outdoor activities.

I launched Panther Vision more than 10 years ago from a garage that doubled as my laboratory.
