Shipping time is approximately 3-8 business days for US orders in the 48 contiguous states (may take up to three to five weeks to reach Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and any U.S. Territories), and Canada. Express shipping is available and depending on your location, would usually take about 2-5 business days. We offer free shipping for orders to USA that are over $45 and for orders to Canada that contain a Fantom X Wallet or Fantom M Wallet.

For shipping orders outside of Canada and the US, we partner with Global-e. Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows Fantom Wallet to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers. These orders are shipped by DHL Express and delivery timeframe is usually within one week.

We're here to make returns simple and hassle-free. You have a 100-day window from the day of delivery to request a refund or an exchange. For a successful refund process, please note the following:

• Ensure the items are in their original state: excellent condition, unaltered, and with original packaging. We understand that you may want to test out the wallet by inserting a few cards. This is allowed and will not affect your ability to return the wallet. However, well used wallets or wallets with installed accessories cannot be returned/refunded.
  
  

• Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay for the return shipping costs.

After we have received your returned package, we will refund your order within 5 business days to the original payment method. How do I care for this wallet?

Metal Cleaning Solution Metal wallets are usually made from either titanium or aluminum. So, buy the appropriate cleaning solution for your wallet. Using just a few drops at a time, rub the cleaning solution into any dirty spots on the wallet with a soft cloth. Continue to repeat this process on each affected spot until they have all been removed. Metal Polishing Paste You can make your wallet shine by applying metal polishing paste to the wallet.
