I'm a lemonade-stand kid at heart and love accomplishing the extraordinary. I grew up a hockey player, youngest of 5 kids, and have a knack for doing things that will ultimately bettter myself (and a few things that won't).I was training for an Ironman Triathlon and in the rigorous nutrition schedule, I realized there is no supplement I can add right to my food; let alone something that will optimize my performance and recovery.
