Shipping
We ship UPS standard ground 2-4 day shipping. If you need expedited shipping, it is available at checkout. We cannot ship to addresses outside of the United States or to PO boxes. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Allow an extra day for shipments to some western and northwestern states.
As soon as your order is processed, you will be notified via email which will include your shipping tracking code. Please note that most packages are NOT shipped the same day that the shipping label is created so keep an eye on the tracking code until you see the package start to move.
While there are many things that Cinnamom Bakery does to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh food around the country, unfortunately, there are some things outside our control like weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.
Cinnamom Bakery is unable to guarantee the time of the delivery as this is all subject to the local carrier.
Most carriers deliver between the hours of 8 am-8 pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and scheduling it to arrive early. In some instances due to weather or other uncontrollable events, we may have your product arrive earlier than requested to ensure that it arrives in good condition. All of our products can be frozen upon arrival to preserve freshness.
Returns
We do NOT offer any returns on perishable items and all sales are final.
We DO offer refunds or replacements on orders that are inaccurate or damaged if you email us a picture of the order in its original box within 24 hours.

About Our Journey
Hi, this is Rebecca Nagy from Cinnamom Bakery and I want to thank you for checking out our product on Grommet. Homemade, hand-rolled cinnamon rolls are such a big part of my family's history and we were always known for making the best cinnamon rolls around. I believe that cinnamon rolls are all about the traditions, connection with friends and family, memories, and special moments. It was important to me that everyone, everywhere could have this experience!
Using a 3rd generation family recipe, I introduced our old-fashioned, hand-rolled cinnamon rolls to the world! I started with the perfect cinnamon roll, hand-rolled and baked in small batches. Each roll has several tender layers of ooey gooey cinnamon, butter and rich brown sugar filling, making sure every bite tastes like the center of the roll. Then, just when you think it couldn’t get better, we decided to offer these rolls in over 50 unique varieties so customers everywhere would have choices! Our luxury hand-crafted recipes made from only the finest REAL ingredients are unmatched. From my home to yours, I became the “CinnaMom.” We began shipping to households all across America. Now, 12 years later, we are proud to be able to say we continue to ship our family recipe to all 50 states and we have even expanded to local markets in Michigan and to 42 digital food courts across the United States.
