I'm Tommy Walsh the creator of Shroom Bar. It all started in October of 2023 while I was hiking in the mountains of Slovenia.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the guy who tries every supplement, powder, or new trend to gain that extra edge. Around this time, I was getting deep into mushroom powders and adaptogens. I loved how they made me feel, but mixing powders every day was a hassle. That day, as I was hiking, the idea hit me—why not combine the benefits of my favorite mushrooms into a convenient protein bar? And that’s how Shroom Bar was born, featuring Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, and Turkey Tail, all packed into one delicious bar.
This wasn’t just another one of my fleeting ideas. I knew I had to bring this vision to life.
