Shipping

All Maccs are baked fresh to order just for you. Depending on your place in line that happens in 1 to 2 days (weekdays only) from the time you place your order.

Summer shipping or if you live in a warm climate add 1 day. We tuck your Maccs away in our freezers overnight.

Standard shipping takes 1 – 3 days, depending on your location.

During the summer months please be a bit patient. We have a tried-and-true process so that your Maccs arrive perfectly BUT you must MEET YOUR MACCS. They cannot survive a hot mailbox or porch after their travels to you.

Everyone who supports this independent woman-owned business knows we are not a shipping company. Therefore, we ask you to promise to: MEET YOUR MACCS when they arrive.

NOTE: We are not responsible for melted Maccs after the delivery. The Maccs uses an excellent quality of Belgian chocolates. This means they are particularly sensitive to heat. They cannot withstand hot porch-life after their travels to you.

We’re confident you’ll love your Maccs! If there’s an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right. Maccs are perishable and non-returnable. By ordering, you agree to retrieve your package promptly to prevent melting. All transactions are secure.

How Maccs come for each flavor?

Each flavor includes 4 Maccs. A one-dozen order comes with 3 boxes of 4 Maccs and can include up to 3 different flavors—customize your box and mix your favorites for the perfect assortment!

How should I store Maccs?

Keep refrigerated or frozen to preserve freshness. Maccs are delicious served room temperature, cold, and even frozen!

Are Maccs gluten-free?

Maccs are naturally gluten-free and baked on dedicated equipment.

Do Maccs contain nuts?

Only select flavors (Simple Milk, Hazelnut, Peanut Butter, Macadamia). All milk chocolate flavors are NOT peanut-free and DO contain nuts. All Maccs are made in separate batches to prevent cross-contact.

Is your chocolate fair trade?

Yes — we believe in ethically sourcing ingredients, so that you never have to feel guilty in indulging.

Is there dairy?

Yes, all Maccs contain dairy.

Are The Maccs perishable?

YES! Maccs are perishable. We bake to order and ship. If you do not eat your Maccs right away, store them in the fridge or even better, the freezer so that your Maccs stay in their freshest state. As with any freshly baked product that has no preservatives, Maccs are perishable.
