Can I use my ArcX and a set of wireless earbuds with my phone?
ArcX was designed specifically for controlling music played from a phone with the user listening to wireless headphones or earbuds. Most smartphones can connect with several Bluetooth devices simultaneously. Bluetooth devices must be discoverable before you can connect them to your smartphone or tablet. The method for making a device discoverable varies depending on the device. Consult your device's manual for additional information on entering the discoverable mode.
What devices can I use with ArcX?
We’ve tested ArcX on sports cameras, wireless speakers, TVs, tablets, laptops, desktops, home exercise equipment, e-Readers, home sound systems, drones, smart glasses and AR/VR headsets. Practically every modern electronic device has a Bluetooth connection, ArcX will work with all of them.
What kind of battery does ArcX use?
ArcX uses a high-quality lithium polymer rechargeable battery. Like your phone battery, the ArcX battery is fully integrated into the tech module. The battery will last 5 days of normal use on a single charge and over 20 days on standby; ArcX takes 60 minutes to fully charge.
Is ArcX suitable for kids?
Children can absolutely use ArcX! With its single handed operation and intuitive UX our smart ring is simple to operate so it's suitable even for younger children (depending on their finger size). Adult supervision is recommended.
How waterproof is it?
ArcX is certified to IP67 standards ie it can be submerged down to 3ft for 30 minutes so it's perfect for water-sports at the pool, beach or lake.
What is the ArcX operating range?
Your ArcX will work to a range of at least 80ft (25m). We’ve tested ArcX extensively and in numerous scenarios. For example, during an outdoor group workout in a busy LA park, ArcX worked well controlling a wireless speaker 325ft (100m) away

From Adventurer to Inventor: My Journey to Hands-Free Control
As an outdoor enthusiast and former soldier, I was tired of fumbling with devices during workouts, on the trail, and even at home. One day while struggling to change a song during a workout, the idea struck—a smart ring that could give me hands-free control of my music. With a military mindset for problem-solving, and with the help of a super smart co-founder, I developed ArcX. However, what we created goes way beyond just skipping tracks and adjusting volume - whether you’re at the gym, in the office, or outdoors, ArcX will control any Bluetooth device with a simple hands free touch.
