I got this for my daughter who has bilateral microtia atresia. She is thrilled with it! We both love the waterproof aspect of it. She loves that it connects to Bluetooth so she can listen to music, ect. I know it has the mic, but I would also love to see just a general amplifying feature that picks up surrounding voices. When she swims she cant wear her hearing aides because they aren't waterproof. With the hearlink kit she can hear whoever is wearing the mic, but she is still left out of conversation. But overall, it is a great product with great sound quality!
