We know you’re eager to get your hands on your Jiffys, and we don’t blame you! Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (because we don’t believe in keeping you waiting). If you order on a weekend or holiday, your package will hit the road (or sky) on the next business day.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a tracking number via email—unless your order is shipped via USPS First Class Mail Postage, in which case, there is no tracking number available (more on that below).
Standard Domestic Shipping (3-7 business days) – Most U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class Mail Postage, which is efficient but does not include tracking. If that makes you nervous, you might want to order two Jiffys—one for your peace of mind.
Returns
We stand by Jiffys and want you to be completely satisfied. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund. (We’re not heartless, but we do have to draw the line somewhere—otherwise, rotten individuals will sprout up like weeds in a beautiful yet untamed garden, ruining it for everyone and stealing all of the delicious nutrients in the soil... ergo, some people will take advantage of this and ruin it for everyone else... however however, if you REALLY feel like you deserve it, just let me know we'll figure it out. Sound good?)
To be eligible for a return, your Jiffys must be unused or lightly used (meaning it hasn't had a full-on existential crisis from overuse) and in the same condition you received them—ideally in their original packaging.
Before shipping your return, email us at [email protected] (for now, I'm hoping to get my email setup but this is still a one-man band over here, juggling multiple companies... ha). Print our email thread and include it in the return package. Then, ship your item to:

Our Story
It was like I had a vision of peeling off a square cloth from my camera lens to instantly wipe…
I’m an inventor, but photography is my jam. And since I was a teen, I’ve battled linty pockets or using my shirt to clean my lenses. No bueno… but urgent shots couldn't wait for a cleaning hunt either. So, I wondered, how do I mix ease of use, portability, safety and quick access? After oodles of trial and error, it suddenly hit me. Picture this: a tiny square cloth that simply wipes clean any lens & just sticks to the lens when done. And viola! WaterBears were born. But I wanted to help more than just photographers. Anyone with smudges and blurriness needed these. So, WaterBears jumped from camera lenses to every device – glasses, phones, tablets, you name it. They're like the cleaning fairy for all things shiny & I envision them on every device ready to help in any moment.
