Mymanu ships products worldwide using trusted global carriers, with order processing beginning within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard items typically ship within 1–3 business days, while pre-order items ship based on the estimated timeline shown on the product page, with charges taken at the time of order and updates provided if delays occur. Shipping options include standard and express services, with delivery estimates varying by region and subject to customs processing, weather, and carrier delays. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and selected method, and any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Tracking details are sent by email once orders ship, including for pre-orders when stock becomes available.

Few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Mymanu:

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from Mymanu, either online or at an Mymanu Retail Store, can be returned to Mymanu. Mymanu products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
• Please ensure that the item you’re returning is in its original sealed box with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
