Can you use it while it‘s charging?

As a safety measure, the riddiaPress does not charge while “ON”

How long does it take to charge?

It takes about 2 hours to charge for optimal performance. While charging, a blue LED will illuminate; once it goes off, your iron is fully charged.

How much does it weigh?

The weight of the riddiaPress is 2.5 oz. We made it lightweight for easy travel.

What’s its size?

It’s the size of a computer mouse, the dimentions are: 4.5" x 2.5" x 1.7".

How hot does it get?

It heats up to 240°F.

Is there a risk of it accidentally turning on in your bag?

Don't worry! We've designed the on/off switch to prevent accidental activation, and the riddiaPress comes equipped with an intelligent auto-shutoff feature for added safety.

What fabrics can you use it on?

It’s optimized for cotton & polyester blends but you can also use it on clothing with 1 or 2 dots in the iron symbol that’s printed on the laundry tags.

Where does it ship from?

Our orders ship from our distribution center in Mesa, Arizona. Everything usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days.

I just got this iron for a recent trip and it’s been pretty much exactly what I was looking for. It’s extremely small and compact compared to other travel irons/steamers that I’ve had. It has the perfect amount of charge for single shirt, which is basically all I need at a time while traveling. It also charges really quickly and uses USB-C, which is really convenient. The grip can be a little weird — I find it works well if I hold it like a computer mouse.
