Returns

Can you use it while it‘s charging?
As a safety measure, the riddiaSip does not charge while “ON”
How long does it take to charge?
It takes about 2 hours to charge for optimal performance. While charging, a blue LED will illuminate; once it goes off, your warmer is fully charged.
How much does it weigh?
The weight of the riddiaSip is 1.5 oz. We made it lightweight for easy travel.
What’s its size?
It’s the size of a cookie, the dimentions are: 0.8" height, 2.25“ diameter
How hot does it get?
It heats up to 200°F depending on your drinking preference
Is there a risk of it accidentally turning on in your bag?
Don't worry! We've designed the on/off switch to prevent accidental activation, and the riddiaSip comes equipped with an intelligent auto-shutoff feature for added safety.
Where does it ship from?
Our orders ship from our distribution center in Mesa, Arizona. Everything usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days.
Can I use it on traditional cups?
The riddiaSip is primarily designed to work best with to-go cups, as they typically have a thinner material that allows for optimal heat transfer. However, we do have clients who enjoy using it with other types of mugs.
How long does one charge last?
With a full charge, it provides a warming function for approximately 20 minutes, keeping coffee nice and warm for a little extra time.
