The first time the TikiTunes Pro is connected to a device it may take 1-3 minutes for “TikiTunes Pro” to show up in the Bluetooth Menu. If 3 minutes surpass and the “TikiTunes Pro” does not show up in the Bluetooth Menu, try these solutions: - Press the Bluetooth button on the TikiTunes Pro Control Panel. - Turn the device’s Bluetooth off. Wait 15 seconds, then turn it back on. - Turn the TikiTunes Pro off. Wait 15 seconds, then turn it back on. - “Forget” TikiTunes Pro from any other near-by mobile devices.

How many TikiTunes Pro Speakers can be connected?

Up to 100 TikiTunes Pro Speakers can be synced to one another.

How do you sync multiple TikiTunes Pro speakers together?

1. Press the Power button on the first TikiTunes Pro. 2. Select “TikiTunes Pro” from the list of devices on a Bluetooth enabled device. 3. Press the Bluetooth button on the first speaker to enter “PartySync Mode”. 4. Power on the second TikiTunes Pro Speaker and press the Bluetooth button to enter “PartySync Mode”. Press and hold the Bluetooth button until you hear a beep. The prompt “Synced” will play when successfully connected. 5. Repeat step 4 for each additional TikiTunes Pro you would like to sync.

How do I connect my phone to the TikiTunes Pro?

The TikiTunes Pro has Bluetooth 5.0 and can connect to any mobile device that is equipped with Bluetooth capabilities through the Bluetooth menu on the device.

How do I know which speaker is the “Parent”?

The first TikiTunes that is connected to the mobile device will be the “Parent” speaker. All other synced TikiTunes Pro speakers will be called the “Child”. The LED lights on the control panel will slowly blink to indicate which speaker is the Parent.

Can you use the TikiTunes Pro outdoors?

Yes, the TikiTunes is designed for use outside and is rated IPX6 certifying that it is dust tight and water resistant.

What is the range of the TikiTunes Pro speaker performance?

The TikiTunes is capable of stable operation at up to 50 ft. Performance can be affected by obstacles such as walls or metal, interference from WiFi or other wireless devices.
