Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination.  Standard shipping applies within the continental USA, while rates for Alaska, U.S. territories, and international orders vary. Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, typically within 24-48 hours, excluding holidays. Shipping times are estimated from the time of fulfillment, and delays may occur beyond our control. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and unopened. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. Non-refundable items include gift cards and wholesale purchases unless damaged or defective. Exchanges are allowed for incorrectly purchased items, with the customer covering shipping costs. For defective, lost, or damaged items, email [email protected] with order details and supporting photos if applicable. Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is delayed, check with your bank before contacting [email protected] for further assistance. Sale items may be non-refundable depending on the terms of the sale.

MABLE toothbrushes are made from 100% sustainably sourced bamboo, with biodegradable handles and plastic-free packaging, making them a zero-waste alternative to traditional plastic toothbrushes.

How do I dispose of my MABLE toothbrush?

Simply remove the bristles with pliers and compost the bamboo handle. The bristles can be recycled where facilities allow.

Is the toothbrush water-resistant?

Yes! Bamboo is naturally antibacterial and water-resistant, helping your toothbrush stay durable throughout its use.

How long does a MABLE toothbrush last?

Just like a regular toothbrush, MABLE toothbrushes should be replaced every 3 months for optimal oral hygiene.

Does the toothbrush stand on its own?

Yes! The self-standing ergonomic design keeps your brush upright, reducing contact with bathroom surfaces.

Are the bristles made from plastic?

The bristles are BPA-free, soft or medium nylon. While they are not compostable, they can be removed and recycled where accepted.

So we created the Buy Give Teach program. We visit schools in our local community to teach kids about the power they have to affect change, just by making small sustainable choices.

Right now, Buy Give Teach reaches kids in San Francisco schools, and each success puts us closer to sharing the program with the rest of America and across the globe.

MABLE is headquartered in San Francisco, California and our products are ethically made and sourced in China. MABLE products are ethically produced in facilities that are audited by 3rd party services ensuring they align with the company's ethical, quality and sustainability standards. MABLE also strives to source materials that are either fully compostable or reusable for products, to prevent plastic waste going to landfill. The bamboo used for MABLE toothbrushes and travel cases is responsibly sourced and  it is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. The toothbrush handles are certified by the USDA's BioPrefered Program as 100% Biobased and can be composted after use, along with MABLE’S other compostable products like cotton swabs or zero-waste silk dental floss.
