Who can use the Bite Helper and how?

Bite Helper is made for adults and children 4 years of age and older. For best results, immediately after the bite or sting, place the Bite Helper Thermo-Pulse metal tip directly on the affected area. Activate Bite Helper. by pressing the on button. The red ring light indicator will light up. User should feel a gentle vibration and gradual heating sensation. Maintain Bite Helper. on the affected area for not more than 45 seconds during each application.

I never knew that simply heating up a bug bite would stop the itching so well. This little portable device makes it so easy to place heat and vibration over the bite. It is such a relief because I usually will scratch the bite area until it turns into a large scabbed area. This prevents me from doing that. I have tried anti-itch creams but they do not help me. I just place the tip of this device on the bite and press the button. It gets quite warm but not enough to burn. The heat breaks down the saliva that the blood sucking bug injects in you while it is feasting on you. Great product for the money and your skin will thank you for not scratching.

I had a firm expectation this product would work because it is based on the similar home treatment of placing a heated teaspoon on a mosquito bite. While the heated teaspoon works, the treatment is crude and entails risk of burning oneself if not careful. The Bug Helper takes all that risk out with a high tech approach that is faster and efficient.

Mosquitoes love me. I try to remember repellent, but don’t always wear it. I was skeptical about how or if this would work but it does. It seems to me to be the heat more than the vibration, but when I get a bite, I hold this on the bite until it’s too hot to stand and then repeat. The bite might itch just a little longer, but they don’t itch again afterwards. No bump or itching the next day. It does seem that the batteries run down much faster than stated which is the reason for only 4 stars. Otherwise, it does what it says! Pretty amazing!

Works like it says but it does get hot after a while. It stops the itch within a minute or so after treatment but I used it about 3 times because it got too hot. It works though!!
