Orders are processed within 48–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), and customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order is dispatched. Shipping within the continental United States is offered at a $4.99 flat rate, with free shipping available for orders over $75, while international shipping is not currently available. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment depending on the destination, though delays may occasionally occur. Store pickup is not offered, and the shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. The company is not responsible for packages marked as delivered or for items damaged during shipping, and customers are advised to file claims directly with the shipping carrier. Since this is an intimate personal product, returns will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged at the time of delivery and the product and product packaging is unopened, unused, and unwashed. If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We do not accept combined returns.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you if we accept or deny your return. This review process may take up to 5-10 business days from the delivery date on your return tracking information. All returns are treated case-by-case and ultimately subject to our discretion. Once we processed your return application, you will be sent a return label or QR code.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. A return shipping and restock fee of 30% will apply to all returns by mail and deducted from your refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to return to the original payment source you used to purchase the product, after completion of the review process and subject to the specific processing times of the financial institution.

Our story began the morning after a particularly frustrating night of tossing, turning, and waking up in discomfort associated with a lack of support for my breasts and shoulders. For years this problem had been affecting my sleep at night and therefore my mood during the following day. Finally, my husband and I decided to put our heads together and do something about it! I tried every makeshift option I could think of to alleviate this discomfort; from hugging a regular foam or fiber pillow to tucking a rolled up blankets between my breasts, but every version was either clunky and more disruptive to my sleep or outright unattractive and uncomfortable. I could not find a support solution that provided the right comfort and size and did not involve a bra-like setup.

We combined my husband’s near decade of experience in sourcing and product engineering for the largest mattress and bedding manufacturer in the world with my hands-on knowledge of the interior design world, and went to work on designing and prototyping a better pillow for me, and now for you. An option that is as functional as it is beautiful, and one that I would look forward to coming back to each and every night. I did not realize how much of my discomfort at night, even beyond my breasts, was from the pillow I was hugging. Others have told us the same. As a woman, I understand how much you want comfort and support at night without the discomfort of a bra. Thus, the Boop breast support pillow is born!

After testing numerous types of pillow filling materials (foam, fiber, down), we developed a proprietary blend of memory foam to provide the perfect blend of comfort, fit, aesthetic, and firm feel. Our proprietary memory foam filling, cover, and high grade (6A) pure Mulberry silk are specially designed to provide comfort you may have not known you needed.
