Best tool I've found for plantar fascitis

Have just discovered this foot tool. I have plantar fascitis in my left heel. This device allows for some serious foot, arch, calve stretches. I was using lots of other tools before this purchase. I haven't used it long enough for it to completely heal my foot, but will report back after several weeks usage. So far I'm impressed with its capabilities to do the big toe stretch, little toe stretch, basic arch stretch, calve raise and calve stretch.

Wow, this design is wonderful!!! My right foot never feels like I can stretch it deep enough. 12 years ago my right ankle was broken & my foot has never been the same. I love the little pamphlet that came with it too. I am a massage therapist as well so I can do a lot with my feet, but even with applied techniques & yoga I still couldn’t get as deep of a stretch as I can with this.

Two Friends, One Painful Problem

Phoenix Foot Health, LLC is composed of two friends, both avid runners, who suffered from the same painful problem: plantar fasciitis. Not only was it ruining their quality of life, but it was also preventing them from doing what they love. After years of standing on tennis balls, rolling on frozen water bottles, and trying every foot and toe stretch under the sun, they knew they needed a better solution.

They wanted to create a product that would improve stretching to better target the muscles that were causing foot and heel pain. DorsiFLEX was born as a simple-to-use and incredibly effective solution.
