Return Window:

• All returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Initiation of Returns or Exchanges:

• All returns or exchanges must be initiated with American Aires Inc. Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process.

Approval and Discretion:

• All returns and exchanges are subject to the absolute discretion of American Aires Inc and may be denied for just cause.

Packaging Requirements:

• All returning merchandise must include all accessory items, along with the corresponding order number(s), inside the returning package to our facility.

Shipping Costs and Fees:

• All returns related shipping costs or fees are the responsibility of the customer and not of American Aires Inc. This includes customs fees that were charged with original order. Aires will only refund customs charges/fees that were incurred if our product arrived defective. Defective products require proof with photos of the issues to resolve with a replacement or proceed with the return process.

How does the Lifetune One work?

Lifetune One uses AiresTech’s silicon resonator technology to reduce EMF exposure from devices such as phones, tablets, and laptops.

Is one Lifetune One enough for each device?

Yes, a single Lifetune One is effective for one device within a 19-foot radius.

Will it fit under a phone case?

You can apply it to your phone case or directly to the device. However, it may not fit between the device and case due to its slight raise.

What types of radiation does it protect against?

It protects against WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G, 4G, and 5G signals, creating a safer EMF environment.

What if I need protection for a larger area?

For broader coverage, we recommend the Lifetune Zone or Zone Max, designed for room or area-wide protection.

How do I apply it to my device?

Clean the device’s surface, peel off the adhesive backing, and press firmly to attach Lifetune One for optimal effectiveness.

Is there any maintenance required?

Lifetune One requires no maintenance after application. Simply ensure it remains attached for consistent protection.

Is it safe for children’s devices?

Yes, Lifetune One is safe for use on devices frequently handled by children to reduce EMF exposure.

Can it be reapplied on another device?

The Lifetune One can be transferred to a new device using one of the three extra adhesives included. Please follow the instructions for applying the new adhesive and transferring the device.

How long does the Lifetune One last?

It will continue to work as long as it is adhered to a device and maintains structural integrity. Physical damage to the silicon resonator (black square) may cause loss of functionality. Some signs of damage to look for are any cracks, chips or other wear and tear in or around the Aires silicon resonator chip. In addition, some signs of water damage include droplets/bubbling either in or around the Aires silicon resonator chip or discoloration of this area.
