Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of the order. Return units must be unopened. Opened units may be returned but only for the reason of a manufacturer defect to the unit or masks. Please contact us at https://lifevac.net/support via email for a return authorization and return label. A refund of the unit cost will be issued following the receipt and inspection of the returned Unit. The charges for the return shipping will be deducted from the refund unless the refund is due to the manufacturer's defect in which case a full refund of the unit price or replacement will be issued.

For all those who are doubting, the LifeVac saved my 1 year old's life, yesterday morning. I kept it because it was given as a gift to me. One Simple Ideas That's Saved 1,300+ Lives

The vision of LifeVac came from a story that Arthur Lih, founder and CEO of LifeVac, heard of a woman in a hospital weeping following the death of her young son. The reason for his death was that a grape had become lodged in his windpipe and the Heimlich Maneuver did not work. Once he heard the story he set out to invent an apparatus that could clear an airway.

Arthur, Dr. Brody, and a few close friends set out to bring LifeVac to the public by establishing a research and development facility located in Springfield Gardens, NY where we are producing the upper airway clearing device in order to bring the safest, simplest method to save an aspirating person. Our goal is to save as many lives as possible throughout the world.
