Our Story

Hi, I’m Dr. Ronak Mehta

I started with a simple idea: to make learning about our bodies fun and inclusive. As a family medicine doctor, I saw firsthand how important it is to have accessible and engaging health education. I wanted to create something that could bridge the gap between complex medical concepts and everyday understanding.

Nerdbugs is my gift to patients, healthcare professionals, and families everywhere. I wanted to create educational tools that help people understand their bodies in a fun way that celebrates our differences. My hope is that, regardless of diagnosis, we can help people feel truly seen and remind them that they are defined by so much more than their medical conditions.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to education. We aim to create awareness about medical and mental health conditions, reduce stigma, and build a kinder, more accepting world.
