Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping cost for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected]  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

OUR STORY

I’m Taejun Yoon, founder of House of Balance.

Most of my life, I was always working hard, chasing success in busy and stressful places like Korea and the U.S. But over time, I started to lose myself. I had trouble sleeping, felt burned out, and was really tired both physically and emotionally. I began to question everything.

Then I realized something important was missing: balance. Not just in work, but in how I lived, how I felt, and how I connected with myself.

The funny thing is the only time I felt truly calm was during my nightly showers. That 30-minute routine became more than just washing up. It was my special time. The only moment I could breathe deeply, think quietly, and feel like myself again.

That time became very important to me. It was where I could block out the noise around me and really listen to my own thoughts and feelings.

I started to wonder what if this simple daily moment could be even better? What if I could help others who feel stressed, lost, or disconnected find that same calm?

That’s how House of Balance began. It’s a wellness and beauty brand made to turn everyday routines into healing moments.
