Returns
Please contact [email protected] to initiate a return/refund.
Our product should be sent back in the packaging of your choosing. A return label will be provided for you once you have initiated the returns process by way of email. Include the product(s) in the return package. We cannot cover the cost of return shipping. A charge will be applied and deducted from your refund.
For a full refund that does not incur the shipping return fee, you may ship back the package using your own means.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

About NOOK: A Cleaner, Smarter Home for Your Toothbrush
NOOK was created out of a simple need for a better home for a toothbrush. I’ve always wanted to invent a product, and every day I found myself asking why toothbrush storage was still unhygienic, cluttered, and overlooked. So I set out to fix it. NOOK combines hygiene, simplicity, and smart design, allowing your toothbrush to rest upside down and drip-dry directly into the sink. Made in the USA from recyclable, sustainable materials, NOOK is built to last. Born out of love and legacy, NOOK honors my mother, Barbara, while supporting breast cancer research. What started as one solution is becoming a brand focused on fixing the small, silly problems in the bathroom. Along the way, NOOK has been named a Good Housekeeping Oral Care Award winner for 2025 and a Global Innovation Awards finalist.
