Optum Duo ships orders within the United States using trusted national carriers. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, though delivery times may vary due to location, weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order total, and selected shipping method, with any promotional free-shipping offers clearly noted at checkout. Shipping is limited to U.S. addresses only, and P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. How often should I change the brush head?

It is recommended to replace your brush head every 3 months. You can purchase replacement brush heads below.

Can the Optum Duo flossing toothbrush be used independently of the base andwater tank?

Yes. Simply disconnect the water hose from the back of the Optum Duo toothbrush to use the device as a stand alone electric toothbrush. *Pro Tip - Bring along the portable flexible hose and fixing clip from the Travel Kit to have on the go flossing as well! How do I switch between brush speeds on the Optum Duo flossing toothbrush?

Hold the “Brush” button on the toothbrush for 0.5 seconds to switch between brush speeds.The indicator light below the button will show the current brush speed. To switch between flossing speeds quickly press the “Speed” button on the device. There will be a light next to the speed number to indicate current flossing speed. How do I charge my Optum Duo flossing toothbrush?
