As the Spherehead differs in shape and size from the average pillow, please note an adjustment period may be necessary for the mind and body to become accustomed to the innovative design. It is recommended to use the Spherehead pillow for seven consecutive nights to allow muscle memory and achieve maximum comfort.
Is there any discomfort associated with the seven-night adjustment period?
Similar to a variety of health care treatments (such as physical therapy, exercise or a chiropractic adjustment), initial discomfort may be present. Out of Desperation to Relieve My Pain and Get a Good Night’s Sleep, I Invented a Pillow
I was diagnosed with a thoracic outlet syndrome in my left shoulder due to my tight neck muscles. As a result, I was advised to switch from a stomach sleeper to a back sleeping position. Unfortunately, as a back sleeper, my head would twist over my shoulder during the night continuing to strain my neck muscles. I tried various pillows, but none relieved my migraines and pain. Sleep is vital to our overall wellbeing, and I was exhausted. So, I decided to invent a pillow for myself. I had no intention of starting a business, but there is nothing similar to the shape of the Spherehead pillow available on the market, and I wanted to help people who likewise suffer from neck, shoulder, lower back and hip pain. My mission is to help people alleviate their pain and attain a good night's sleep.
