How should I use the pillow for acid reflux and sleep apnea?
For best results, put one or two pillows underneath the head portion of The DaVinci Orthopedic Pillow to create a 15–20 degree incline. The hard base within the pillow ensures your body stays in the correct position while you sleep. An increased incline may not be necessary, but if the symptoms are severe, an incline is usually required to alleviate both acid reflux and sleep apnea.

Davinci Pillow Saved Me from Spine Surgery and Healed 10 Years of Pain & Spasms
Imagine a product born out of a personal struggle, a ten-year battle with pinched nerve pain, paralysis, and spasms from two herniated disks in my neck. This was my reality. After roughly ten years of unsuccessful treatments, chronic pain, and spasms, I was desperate to find a solution. Eventually, out of pure desperation and trying everything to alleviate my pain, I developed the initial design concept for The DaVinci Orthopedic Pillow.
I spent seven years developing this perfect support pillow that everyone can enjoy and benefit from in various ways. I’m very grateful to be able to live a life without back spasms now and pinched nerve pain in my neck, back, and shoulders.
The Sleep Foundation tested it and recently rated it as the best pillow for back pain, back pain & snoring.
