The return procedure is as follows:

• Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
• The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
• For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
• All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
• Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
• Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

Is the Laifen Wave toothbrush waterproof?

The Laifen Wave toothbrush has an IPX7 waterproof rating. This IPX7 rating signifies that the product can stay submerged in water up to 1 meter deep for up to 30 minutes.

What's the difference between the three different brush heads?

Gum Care (CS): Gentle cleaning experience that's soft on the gums. Super-Clean (GS): Efficient cleaning that meets daily brushing needs. Ultra-Whitening (US): Powerful cleaning to polish and whiten teeth. All three brush heads are available in transparent or opaque models. These variations differ in appearance only and will not provide a different brushing experience.

How often should I change the brush heads, and how do I replace them?

It is recommended to replace the brush head every three months or when the bristles become deformed. If the brush head is damaged or deformed, please replace it. The Super-Clean and Ultra-Whitening brush heads feature indicator bristles that remind you to change brush heads when the color fades. How long does the Laifen Wave take to fully charge and how long does the battery last?

Equipped with dual lithium-ion batteries and a magnetic charging method, the Laifen Wave can be fully charged in approximately 2.5 hours. When used on medium settings twice a day for two minutes each time, the battery will last for up to 30 days.
