Returns
If you have any issues with your order and would like to return or exchange an item, just email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the bedding & bath category and for hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened items.
We understand that this is not ideal and are open to reviewing on a case by case basis. We encourage donating opened items to shelters across the country, and are able to make recommendations based on where you live. For all unopened items, we charge a $10 processing fee, and provide a prepaid shipping label. You can begin processing your return here

What makes this a "hotel" pillow?
We learned early on that there was something unique about hotel pillows. The quality, support, and substance within - there is nothing like it. After extensive research, development and prototyping, we were able to re-create our own version of these pillows, but in our own way with custom "Fluff" blends and sustainable materials. We also work directly with the (same) manufacturer of the hotel pillows you've come to know - which is how we're able to provide the same product.
What fabrics are used in Fluffco Pillows?
High-quality cotton, microfiber & down.
Which is for me, soft or firm?
This is up to you! "Firm Fluff" = more filling, "Soft Fluff" = less filling
How do I care for these pillows?
We do not recommend machine washing our Down & Feather pillows. For spills and stains spot clean with stain remover. For larger stains, the Down Pillows can be dry cleaned. Do not wash in your home washer and dryer. Leaving the Down & Feather pillows in the sun on a dry day can also help refreshen your pillow. In the case where you must wash the pillow, use a commercial washer and dryer. Machine wash warm and tumble dry thoroughly on low.

Our Story
We Had the Best Night Sleep of Our Lives at a 5-star Hotel. FluffCo was born the next morning.
One of our founders was staying at a 5-star hotel for work and woke up having had the best nights sleep of his life. After heading down to the gift shop to try and buy the same pillow he slept on, he saw it was over $200 dollars!
Determined to find that same quality pillow, but without the hefty price tag, he realized true "hotel pillows" didn't exist on the market. Following a ton of research, he hunted down the same manufacturer that hotels themselves purchase from directly.
After seeing how much they marked-up the product, he knew he had a chance to change the quality of sleep for millions of people, but more affordably. In that moment FluffCo was born.
