CoolerPak offers free shipping on orders over $75, while orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate of $9.50; Canadian orders have a flat shipping fee of $35. Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All returns require a RMA number. Returns without a RMA may be delayed in processing. Please contact us to be issued a RMA using our "Contact Us" page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

How is CoolerPak installed in a cooler?
CoolerPak comes with custom snap screws (or a hook and latch set up, you select) that securely attach to the side wall of your cooler, ensuring a stable fit. For an extra layer of assurance, we recommend adding a drop of silicone on each screw for a 100% airtight connection, although it's not necessary for regular use. If you prefer not to use the snap screws, CoolerPak can be used on the Cooler floor as ice pack layers, or CoolerPak can be use as dividers.
Is CoolerPak reusable?
Yes, CoolerPak is reusable. You can refill it with water whenever needed, making it a sustainable cooling solution.
