We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. What is the Flower Bear made of?

It’s crafted from artificial foam roses made with polyfoam, PE, and polyester materials.

Does the bear come with the gift box shown?

Yes, it includes a stylish gift box with a clear window and carrying handle for easy gifting and display.

Do the flowers require any maintenance?

No maintenance is needed. The faux roses stay vibrant and intact without watering or care.

Is the ribbon included with the bear?

Yes. Each bear comes with a black ribbon around its neck that says “Just for You,” as shown in the product images and description.

Does the bear arrive assembled?

Yes. The bear is shown fully constructed and placed beside the gift box, indicating it arrives pre-assembled.
