France Luxe makes every effort to ship your products in a timely fashion. We process and ship orders from our WA warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders that are $50 and over (after discounts are applied) and shipping to a United States address, qualify for free standard shipping. Orders with free standard shipping are usually fulfilled within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders paying for UPS shipping are typically processed within 2 business days. Please note, this shipping policy does not apply to L. Erickson USA product. L. Erickson USA product is handmade specifically for each customer.

The shipping cost varies for wholesale orders and customers outside the U.S. depending on the quantity of items and the weight of the order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Is this detergent safe for delicates and knitwear?

Yes, the plant-based formula is gentle enough for delicate fabrics and knits.

Can I use this in a high-efficiency washing machine?

Yes, it’s formulated specifically for use in HE machines.

How many loads can one bottle wash?

Each 1000 ml bottle yields up to 25 loads.

Will it work on both whites and colors?

Absolutely. It’s designed to be safe and effective on all fabric colors.

Can I use it for hand washing?

Yes, it’s perfect for both machine and hand washing.
