The attached photos clearly show the evidence of the damaged/faulty item.

The warranty does not cover damage to the outside of the package. If for the customer's own reasons, you decide to return the item, 20% will be deducted from your total amount refund. If there is a problem with the merchant's product or shipping, we support free returns.
