Of course! All our products come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase (the warranty covers the product itself and not the cloths/handle).
What is the best way to store the Moppy Shmoppy?
The best way to store the Moppy Shmoppy is when the handle is facing down and the product head is facing up. A second option is to hang the handle at height, so that the product head doesn't touch the floor. This way prevents the velcro from accumulating dirt and dust, thus allowing the cloth to adhere optimally to the velcro.
How can the cloth be washed?
In gentle wash up to 30 degrees and without bleaching agents. Cloth drying only by hanging and not in the dryer.
Can any cloth be attached to the Moppy Shmoppy?
No, they are unique to the Moppy Shmoppy. They are made from quality microfiber and provide the best results. The cloth attaches to it using velcro.
Can the Moppy Shmoppy also be used with a regular broom handle?
Absolutely, all our products are suitable for any standard broom handle.
