You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If delays are expected because of high volume, shipping service problems, or any other reason, you will be notified. We offer calculated and flat-rate shipping rates for different products. Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping available to continental United States only. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will resolve the issue. We do not ship to PO boxes.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] to receive a replacement unit or refund, minus shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. What can the Rotoshovel do?

You can use the Rotoshovel to plant flowers, vegetables, and small shrubs. The Rotoshovel's auger is the perfect size for installing bulbs. It's also great for installing mailbox posts, fence posts, and real estate signs. With Rotoshovel, you can drill it, dig it, scoop it, or plant it!

How big a hole does the Rotoshovel dig?

The Rotoshovel's auger is 3" wide and 10" deep. You can ream out any size of hole by digging multiple holes together.

Who can use the Rotoshovel?

Anyone! The Rotoshovel is designed to be used by DIY gardeners, novice planters, and professional landscapers.

What are the Rotoshovel's safety features?

The Rotoshovel's automatic safety shutoff locks the auger when hitting a rock or root, keeping the unit from twisting your wrist or damaging the motor. The shovel attachment keeps debris from flying towards the user. The shovel's collar keeps your hand from slipping into the auger during use.

What is the patented shovel for?

(1) The Rotoshovel's linear design is ergonomic. Your hands feel naturally placed while digging, and there's no risk of twisting your wrists. (2) The automatic safety shutoff is not present in a drill. Drills are diverse -- some are too weak and some are so powerful that they're dangerous, but none of them shut off when hitting an obstacle. The Rotoshovel is tailored to the task of digging. (3) The shovel backing directs debris away from the user and allows you to remove dirt as you are digging.

How long will the Rotoshovel run on a single charge?

The Rotoshovel battery will powered the unit for 1 - 2 hours depending on soil conditions. For continuous use, you can purchase a spare battery. Put one on the charger while using one in the unit!

Is the battery rechargeable?

The Rotoshovel is powered by a 2AH 12V rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery. It takes 2 hours to fully recharge. See the Operations Manual for further details!

Is the Rotoshovel better than a drill with an auger?

I went outside to bury a speaker, but wanted a faster way to dig out the dirt. I looked at the tools in the garage: shovels, post hole diggers and augers. I got the idea for the Rotoshovel! Why isn’t there a powered shovel? I searched online but found nothing. I was surprised, but saw this as an incredible opportunity.
