We know SpongeBath works, but if you aren’t satisfied, we will set you up with a full refund of your purchase price for your SpongeBath sponge holder. We regret we cannot accept returns of opened bottles of Concentrated Cleaning Solution. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. You will just be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please email us at [email protected] within sixty (60) days of receipt of your Order so we can get started on the return process. Because SpongeBath is a brand new product, it might take time to get accustomed to it. We encourage you to use your SpongeBath regularly before you decide to return it. How long does the starter kit last?

The starter kit includes a 2 month supply of cleaning solution and 1 sponge. With proper cleaning, the sponge should last 2 months before needing replacement.

Do they have replacement supplies?

Yes, they offer additional sponges, cleaning solution, and accessories on our website. Sign up for subscriptions to ensure you never run out!

How do you know that SpongeBath kills odor-causing bacteria?

SpongeBath has been independently tested by a GLP laboratory in New Jersey to kill >99.99% of odor-causing bacteria, such as E.coli 157 and Staph, when used as directed. As SpongeBath is not yet registered with the EPA, we can't make any claim that SpongeBath is a sanitizer or disinfectant.

For best results, keep the sponge bathing in the cleaning solution whenever you're not using it. Remember, SpongeBath is the clean sponge holder too!

What is the concentrated cleaning solution made from?

SpongeBath's patent-pending citric acid concentrated cleaning solution is composed of food-grade ingredients, safe when used as directed. Because it is concentrated, avoid contact with your eyes and skin as it may cause irritation. Use only as directed.
