Returns
Once Scrubbie is used we can't take sponge returns. Check to make sure The Scrubbie fits before use.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

How often do you need to replace the sponges?
Typically sponges last about 3 weeks. Depends on usage. You can also put them in the dish washer to rejuvenate a bit.

Our Story
I Knew There Had to Be a Better Way!
After dinner one night years ago, I was using the kitchen sink spray gun to actually scrape the dishes while the water was going. I thought if I just added a sponge to the end of the sprayer it would work more efficiently. I created a prototype and it worked perfectly. We contacted mechanical engineers to help us create 3D renderings to make 3D printed prototypes for testing. We tested 4 different models until we created a Universal, Functionable, Patentable product. We then found a factory to manufacture a small run of units to test the market. We went to 2 trade shows and sold out! The day after a trade show we got a call to be on ABCs TV show Shark Tank. It was awesome. Since airing, we listened to the customers and redesigned the product to work even better!
