Time-Lock Dual Stop
This fill valve uses a mechanical timer that locks water off on every flush.
A running toilet can waste gallons of water and drive up your utility bill without you even noticing. This dual-shutoff valve automatically stops water flow if a flush doesn’t complete properly, preventing endless running and hidden leaks.
Each flush activates a built-in mechanical timer that allows the tank to fill, then shuts the water off at the right time. Easy to install and designed to fit most standard toilet tanks, it’s a simple upgrade that helps conserve water, lower costs, and protect your home from overflow.

FAQs
How does it stop a running toilet?
It uses a mechanical timer that locks water off on every flush. The float shuts the valve off at the correct level, and the timer locks it closed a few seconds later – regardless of what fails.
Does it require electricity or batteries?
No. It operates completely mechanically, so there’s no need for power, wiring, or battery replacements.
Will it fit my toilet?
It’s designed to fit most standard toilet tanks, making it compatible with the majority of household setups.
Can it help reduce my water bill?
Yes. By preventing continuous running and overflow, it reduces wasted water and helps cut down on monthly utility costs.
Is it difficult to install?
No, it installs like a standard fill valve and comes ready to set up quickly with basic tools.

Our Story
Born from a Real Problem
In 2009, a restaurant owner desperately needed a solution to a recurring toilet overflow during a busy dinner rush. After searching for existing products and finding nothing that could truly stop an overflow, the inventor built the first prototype from PVC fittings purchased at a hardware store.
Thirteen years of refinement later, the Time-Lock Dual Stop was born. Patent-protected. Mechanically reliable. Built to last.
We don't just sell valves. We sell peace of mind.
A unique idea was born! Shut the water off and take the water out of the equation. The only thing needed was a valve that was spring-loaded. Multiple variations of valves, until an idea sparked to shut off the flow of water with a timer.
A trip to the hardware store to purchase PVC fitting resulted in the first prototype. Installing into the toilet proved it worked! From there, the road to a patent the idea began and a few years later a patent was received. After many changes and redesigns over 13 years, a final product was developed: Time-Lock Dual Stop. It’s been a long road but nothing worthwhile is easy and fast.
