Orders are shipped and managed through ShipStation, allowing shipping notifications and tracking information to be provided automatically. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an automated confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow your package through delivery.
Returns
All Toadfish products purchased directly from our website can be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Original shipping costs will not be included in the refund. We will cover return shipping costs for most products if you are located in the US. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Free exchanges and store credit are available within 60 days of purchase. For customers who qualify for a refund the following requirements must be met:
- All product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition.
- Must be shipped with the provided shipping labels. Any alterations to the shipping labels will result in a void of the return process.
- Additionally if the return shipment is not properly delivered to the address we provide, this will also result in a cancelation of the return.

Our Story
Why I Made Toadfish
I started Toadfish in 2016 as a family business in Charleston, South Carolina, with a simple goal: create innovative products that help protect the coastal waters I love. I began with an oyster knife, selling at local farmers markets and committing to replant oyster beds with every product sold.
I’ve seen how coastal development and declining water quality threaten these fragile ecosystems, and I wanted Toadfish to be part of the solution. Today, our Put ’Em Back movement supports oyster habitat restoration, keeping the mission that started with that first knife at the heart of Toadfish.
