As a small, independent studio, ORISTONE does not accept returns or exchanges. Every piece is carefully inspected and hand-packed with care. If an item arrives damaged, customers can email the studio within 48 hours with photos and their order number, and ORISTONE will make it right. Due to the handcrafted and natural nature of each piece, all sales are final.
