Important Notice:

Per USPS policy, knives must be shipped back within 28 days of purchase. After that, the return label expires. A $15 fee applies if a replacement label is needed.

How exactly does Knife Sharpening by Mail work?

The process is simple. We’ll send you a protective, insured mailer with everything you need to ship your knives. Inside you’ll find protective sleeves, clear instructions, and a prepaid Priority return label. Just pack your knives, drop the package in the mail, and once received at our workshop, we’ll sharpen them and send them back.

How long does the process take?

Anticipate a turnaround time of 7-10 days from the moment you place your order until you receive your freshly sharpened knives.

Is the packaging safe for mailing knives?

Absolutely. We provide a custom insured rigid mailer and protective sleeves to keep your knives safe in transit.

What if I’m not happy with the sharpening?

No problem. Email us within 30 days of your order and we’ll re-sharpen your knives at no extra charge.

What if I want to sharpen more knives later?

You can add knives to your order by emailing support, or subscribe for recurring sharpening at a discount.

We began fiddling with blade and stone and shared our passion with our friends and family. But we quickly realized that most people lack the time or patience to sharpen their knives, yet they still yearn for the pleasure of using a beautifully sharpened blade. People need a solution that doesn’t rely on those unreliable at-home sharpening tools.

We had to make it easy.
