Searching for the Solution to Grilling in Any Weather

Our co-founder and Inventor Shiv Tasker has this story about how the O-Yaki Skewer System was born Often frustrated with the time it takes to crank up a charcoal grill, especially in the unpredictable New England weather.

Juggling work, phone calls, kids, and watching the grill to turn the skewers so they don’t burn or overcook was often difficult. So we created a vertical skewer arrangement with all round heating that makes great grilled food both INSIDE and OUTDOORS!! also, not only is it useful for skewers and kebabs but is ideal for roasting Poultry or Pumpkin
