We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping costs are calculated at check out and are based on the weight of your products as well as the shipping method you choose. We know shipping is expensive, especially for us small businesses. We do our best to keep costs down for you while getting the goods to you as fast as possible.
Returns
Returns are available for refund and accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number.
If you try Wine Wash and find that it is not compatible with your dishwasher/stemware, please let us know and we'd be happy to process the return.

Email us at [email protected] to begin processing your return. We'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns and exchanges are $5 per package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Our Story
When You Love Wine but Hate the Clean Up!
I got tired of hand washing my wine glasses, especially when the pandemic hit and I was enjoying wine more at home. Though my stemware was dishwasher safe, I was afraid it would tip over and break in the dishwasher. And a really nice glass of wine just tastes better in a glass with a stem (sorry stemless), so I took matters into my own hands. Countless designs, prototypes and bottles of wine later, Wine Wash was born. A simple gadget that lets you safely wash your wine glasses in the dishwasher. My hope is that it makes your life a little easier - less time hand washing, more time for the important stuff.
